VeloCore Inc. ("VeloCore", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidential data of our enterprise customers and API developers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and secure information when you access our cloud AI platform, web dashboards, and developer APIs.

2. Zero Model Training on Customer Data (ZDR Policy)

We enforce a strict Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) and Zero-Model-Training policy.

Prompts, uploaded documents, financial invoices, and audio streams submitted to VeloCore APIs are processed ephemerally in RAM on our AWS SageMaker and Bedrock inference instances. Your proprietary data is never logged, persisted on disk, or used to fine-tune public foundation models.

3. Information We Collect

• Account & Billing Data: Name, work email address, company name, billing address, and payment metadata processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers.
• API Telemetry: Request timestamps, token counts, latency metrics, and error codes used solely for billing and SLA performance monitoring.

4. Security Standards & AWS Hosting

All data in transit is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Data at rest in cache stores is encrypted using AES-256 GCM. Our systems are hosted within ISO 27001 and SOC-2 Type II certified Amazon Web Services data centers.

5. Compliance & Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal account data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
