Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, generating an API key, or accessing the VeloCore AI SaaS Platform ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Provision & API SLAs
VeloCore provides automated AI agents, document OCR parsers, voice streaming services, and developer APIs. For paid tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise), VeloCore commits to service availability up to 99.99% monthly uptime, as stipulated in individual service level agreements.
3. API Usage & Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious code, engage in automated fraud, or violate third-party intellectual property rights. VeloCore reserves the right to throttle or suspend API keys that exceed assigned rate limits or attempt unauthorized penetration tests.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all prompt inputs, data sets, documents, and output results generated through your account. VeloCore claims no ownership or license to customer data.
5. Fees, Billing & AWS Marketplace
Subscription fees and token overages are billed monthly or annually. Enterprise clients may elect to consolidate billing directly through their AWS Marketplace account or enterprise purchase orders.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
